One year in Hudson...before and after...Anyone who has seen my little North-of-Warren house knows that the house is now in WORSE condition than when I bought it a year ago.
One person came in and said, "Oh, so THIS is after one full year, huh?"
I figure, it's been standing for 200 years, it ain't going anywhere anytime soon....

Business is booming! I'm thinking of opening up a franchise in Catskill, catering to the needs of THAT community. In Catskill, it'll be "Miss Trixie's Kayak Rental and Methadone Clinic."
